The following (contained in a Google Doc) is how we are currently implementing the collection and reporting of results from interpretation workshops (using a Google Drive workflow that may later be replaced by a Jupyter notebooks workflow). The links below are to the specific Google Form (for reporting results) and ensuing Google sheets and other outputs for the Jan. 31, 2019 all-hands interpretation workshop.

If you wish to reuse or evolve this collection and reporting workflow for another interpretation workshop (e.g., for an interpretation session by a specific WE1S team), then duplicate the Google Form (#3  below) in a separate folder and designate a new spreadsheet to collect its results (directions below).
